From my friend Mandy in Northern England!

Thank you so much Mandy, it's so sweet!

And since several of you friends wanted an update picture on the Petal Fairy (plus, I am stitching this along with Mandy, and now also in the Mirabilia SAL!), here she is:

I filled in more of the pale yellow in her skirt.
Mandy, I'd love to see an update picture of your Feather Fairy!

She's looking great! Going to be so pretty when finished. :D
Isabelle, Thank you thank you thank you~~~~~ I received,20 minutes ago, the lovely scissors fob you made for me!! I can't tell you how truly touched I feel!! You say "it's a little something", don't you know the best things come in small packages! Truly this is over-whelming to me. I'm just a girl in Ohio taking care of mt DDs and I am getting hand-made gift from a truly talented lady from France!!! Too much for me!!! Thank you Thank you!!! My heart is full!!!!
cute card Mandy sent you! Petal fairy is coming along quite nicely.
Great progress. I look forward to seeing make some good strides on this one in the SAL. It is such a pretty piece.
I like this fairy better each time I see her, and that's really saying something!
What a lovely card. There's nothing like personal mail to brighten a day, is there?
I agree with barbara, I like this fairy more and more with each meeting :-D And I'm not that much into fairies and fantasy themes.. This one is just so beautiful. :-)
Wow! She is really beginning to get sopme life in her now. And what a pose she is in. Great progress.
I love the contrasting colors as well as the shading. The pale yellow addition has really made the other colors stand out to me. Now every time I see a fairy on anything, my first reaction is, "Oh, Isabelle would love this!"
I saw fairies in a coloring book the other day. Guess you wouldn't want to whip out your crayons?
Hey Isabelle, your petal fairy is so beautiful. What a wonderful job you are doing. And the EduCATed kitty made me smile. I love that you changed it to Violette's colors. I love kitties and have a little *Sweetie-girl* who "helps" me stitch.
Thanks for the nice comments on my blog, I look forward to your posts cause you say the nicest things and they make me glow.
Isabelle, your Petal Fairy is just lovely! You do such nice work, and I love your fabric choice. Brings all the colors out so nicely. Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog too. I, too, am especially fond of Scent of Old Roses, which was my first Mira purchase; therefore, the 1st I've stitched. I love stitching her!!! Keep up your lovely work. I enjoy your blog!
Your petal fairy is beautiful!

What an adorable card from Mandy. Don't you just love hand-made gifts?
Your Petal Fairy is coming along so nicely. I really like the colors on this one.
Well done Isabelle. Ann.
Nice job Isabelle. Such beautiful colors.
Aw, Petal is looking fantastic! You are really starting to make progress now!

Wow, she looks really beautiful, great work!!
And the penguin is the most adorable little creature, so cute :)
Thanks for your warm words in my blog, it really makes a difference
Hi Isabelle
She's looking stunning. I'm no where near the same progress as you, but I'm hoping to get a few hours in this weekend and get some decent progress.
{{{Hugs}}}
She is looking gorgeous, Isabelle :)
What a cute card :)
hugs my friend!
What a nice present! Lucky you!
Your petal fairy is gorgeous! Such elegance! Keep up the good work this WE!
Hugs!
and what a lovely card I got in the mail...
thanks!!! I enjoyed it as much as you enjoyed the postcard from Mandy, I guess.
Good job on the Petal Fairy.
Your Petal Fairy is exquisite, so graceful and delicate! I often think of cross stitching as art on fabric.. I'm sorry to say I'm very behind on my email but hope to catch up soon. We've been so busy storing away books and things out of the way during the remodeling of the basement room. I love to come over and see what you've been stitching. Guess what? A local store advertised full spectram lights and I've gone over and bought one...its great for cross-stitching. I've worked several hours on my sampler with it. You probably don't need anything so bright but it is working out well for me. I like the cat on top of the stack of books you did...what is it about cats...they are so homey. Wish I had one but hubby hates cats. Other than that he's perfect. Well, that may be stretching the truth! 'lol'
Long time no hear? Everything ok? Busy working? Ann.
Isabelle told me she hasn't been online much since her computer crashed on Thursday!
Love your progress on Petal Fairy - she's coming along beautifully :) Also love the little card you received - too cute! And your little cat finish is gorgeous ... you see, that's what happens when I don't read blogs every day, all this lovely progress is posted and I've been missing out! :)
Seeing your progress on Petal Fairy makes me want to add her to my Mira collection. As though I'll do them all in what's left of my lifetime, lol. She'f gorgeous! Nice work, Isabelle!
